Mineral based Super High Performance Diesel (SHPD) oil. This lubricant meets or exceeds a great number of leading OEM specifications and therefore is a perfect multi-functional motor oil for diesel engines. It is new generation diesel engine oil, formulated with solvent refined base oils and a well-balanced choice of additives. This oil is specially engineered to meet the long drain requirements of the world’s leading GG manufacturers. It contains a new and powerful additive system against wear. In general, mineral oil is one of a number of inexpensive byproducts that are made from petroleum and is less expensive than synthetic oils due to the easier production and blending process.

Mira 10W40 is a mineral based high performance motor oil for heavy-duty diesel engines. This lubricant meets or exceeds a great number of leading OEM specifications and therefore is a perfect multi-functional motor oil for mixed fleets. Mineral engine oil is where motoring lubricant started (in monograde form) and is very popular, it can still offer extremely high quality, however due to its lack of advanced blending and base stocks, these days it's generally recommended for the more basic engines. Because of this simpler blending and base stock it's a lot easier to produce, that's way it's generally so much cheaper than synthetics.
